All transactions are processed in $NZD. Overseas transactions will be charged in $NZD at the exchange rate at the time of transaction.

 

RETURNS

We will refund or exchange your shoes provided you return them:

In original condition | In original packaging | With your receipt | Within 10 Days

EXCHANGE? If you want to exchange your purchase for another size or colour, please write a clear note and include with your returned shoes, including your name, phone number and receipt number. 

CLEARANCE ITEMS | Please note you are not able to return a clearance priec item for a refund or exchange so please choose carefully when purchasing these great value items. We encourage you to contact us directly via email or phone if you need any help before deciding.

RETURN ADDRESS

Please return your shoes to Willow Shoes, 113 Sandringham Road, Mt Eden, Auckland 1025, New Zealand OR to one of our stores.

We do not accept liability for customer returns that don't reach us. For your own protection we recommend you use a courier or registered post to return your shoes. Please note: Refunds to credit cards may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account from the date of transaction due to bank delays.

Your refund will be made to the payment method you used to buy your shoes.

To ensure you receive your refund, please only try shoes on carpet and for short periods to avoid wear and damage.

We will give you the option of joining our email database and letting you know about new styles, special offers and seasonal sales related to Willow Shoes. You can choose to be sent emails about shoes, offers and sales and you're able to unsubscribe at any time you choose by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails. We may also use this information to help you choose the right size of shoe. Providing us with this information is optional when shopping instore, but in order to process any online orders we do require some personal information.
