Shopping online can be tricky to get your size right and sometimes the shoes are just not what you imagined and we think there is nothing worse than being stuck with a store credit....even for a store you love! Don't worry, we don't need any long stories...just return them for an EXCHANGE or a FULL REFUND as per the terms below. Its more important to us that you love your shoes.  Also consider giving us a call and getting some help while you still have your shoes...you'll be amazed how we can figure your feet out and assist you.  We think there is nothing worse than being left with a store credit! At Willow Shoes we would much rather give your money back and look forward to you visiting our stores again soon. You can of course request a credit if you prefer.  But in general, if you return an item to us we will give you 100% refund on the purchase price providing you return your shoes within 10 days (NZ)  or 15 Days (Overseas) in original condition and with your receipt enclosed. To ensure you receive your refund we ask you only try the shoes on carpet and for short periods to avoid wear and damage. Fill in the RETURN FORM and send your shoes back to:Willow Shoes, 113 Sandringham Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, New Zealand. For your own protection we recommend you use courier or registered post. Willow Shoes does not accept liability for customer returns that don’t reach us. Please note: Refunds to credit cards can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account from the date of transactions due to bank delays.

Willow Shoes has this privacy policy to provide you with some assurance that we value you as a customer of ours and to show our commitment to protecting your information. As part of your choice to shop with us we aim to build trust and confidence with you with the purpose of helping you choose great shoes. We recognise your personal information is confidential and that it's important for you to know how we gather, store and use your information at Willow Shoes.

When you make an online purchase from our website or mobile site, or you provide your information directly to one of our staff by phone or in store we will record this on our Willow Shoes customer database. We collect personal information including your name, contact information, billing details and your purchase history for the purpose of managing purchases you make from us and letting you know about new styles, special offers and seasonal sales related to Willow Shoes. You can choose to be sent emails about shoes, offers and sales. We may also use this information to help you choose the right size of shoe. Providing us with this information is optional and if you choose not to give us your details we may be unable to complete your online order and we will not be able to let you know about new styles, special offers and sales.  You are welcome to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you at any time, and for any incorrect information to be corrected. PAYMENT ON LINE

Purchases made on our website are processed using Payment Express. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), and Internet Banking (Account2Account). The name that will appear on the cardholders bank statement is Willow Shoes Limited.

All transactions are processed in $NZ. Overseas transactions will be charged in $NZ at the exchange rate at the time of transaction.
